Q1: I can not login to the system although username and password are correct

A1: (1) Please clear cache or cookies of your internet browser and try again, (2) try another internet browsers. (3) please try on another machines. If all these solutions still don't work, please go to "Forgot Password."


Q2: After submitting "Forgot Password" , I didn't receive the reset password e-mail.

A2: Please check your e-mail SPAM or JUNK mail box.


Q3: Help! my submitted abstract disappears

A3: Actually, there are two tabs in abstract submission status, the ACTIVE tab for reviewing abstracts and the ARCHIVE tab for accepted & declined abstracts. If your abstract disappeared, check your ARCHIVE tab.
